What Does Otter Do??

🤖 Automated Email Parsing: Otter automatically finds application confirmations and updates in your Gmail using smart filters. It then uses AI to read these emails and accurately extract key information like Company Name, Job Title, Location, and Application Source.

📊 Centralized Tracking in Google Sheets: Forget copy-pasting! All extracted data is automatically written to a clean, fully-formatted "Job Applications" tab in your spreadsheet. This creates a single, reliable source of truth for your job search.

💡 Intelligent Status Updates: Otter understands follow-up emails for interviews, technical assessments, offers, or rejections. It intelligently classifies and updates the status of your applications in the sheet, keeping your tracker effortlessly up-to-date.

Is Otter free?

Yes, Otter is currently free to use.

Does Otter work with Outlook/Hotmail/other emails?

No. Otter is a Google Workspace Add-on and currently only works with Gmail accounts.

Why does Otter need permission to access my Gmail and Sheets?

Otter requires these permissions to perform its core functions: reading job emails, creating/managing labels and filters in Gmail, and writing the extracted data to your Google Sheet. Please review the Privacy Policy below for full details. Your data is not stored outside your own account.
